1. Overview
Planet Treasure (“the Service”) is an online platform that allows users to remotely control real claw machines and win physical prizes. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Planet Treasure. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Plays & Payments
- Play credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable once used.
- Unused play credits do not expire.
- VIP subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
- All prices are in USD.
4. Prizes & Fulfillment
- Won prizes are shipped free within the continental United States.
- International shipping may incur additional charges.
- Prizes must be claimed within 72 hours of winning.
- Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
5. Lucky Buy
Lucky Buy allows you to purchase an item and receive bonus claw machine attempts. If you win during those attempts, the item purchase price is refunded. The Lucky Buy fee is non-refundable regardless of outcome.
6. Fair Play
We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or abuse of promotional offers.
7. Disputes
If you believe a game session was unfair, you can file a dispute within 24 hours. All sessions are recorded for verification purposes.
